Partner program terms
Program version 2, prepared October 13, 2026. Joining is free, with no fixed partner-count limit. New accounts activate after secure email verification and acceptance of these terms. Existing partners must accept the new terms before participating under this version; previously earned commissions retain their applicable recorded terms.
Eligible orders and customer discounts
A new customer can receive 10% off their first eligible merchandise order by entering an active partner code at Bitcoin checkout. Card payments are temporarily unavailable. The referral offer does not stack with other discounts, including the standard Bitcoin discount. Repeat customers may use an active code for referral attribution but do not receive another first-order referral discount.
Orders must comply with PSL’s store terms and be for laboratory research only. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, unpaid orders, admin or test activity, synthetic orders, and attempts to bypass eligibility are excluded.
Commission calculation
A partner earns 10% of eligible merchandise after applicable discounts on paid orders using their active code, including repeat orders using that code. Shipping, taxes, processing fees, refunded amounts, canceled or disputed sales do not earn commission. A referral visit alone is not a sale, and an earlier referral does not automatically attribute a customer’s future orders. This program does not pay for recruiting partners.
For example, $100 of eligible first-order merchandise becomes $90 after the 10% customer discount. The partner commission is $9. A later eligible $100 merchandise order using the code, with no merchandise discount, would earn $10. These are example calculations, not promises of earnings.
Attribution and privacy
A customer may enter a code explicitly at checkout. Optional referral-link measurement follows the customer’s cookie choices and applicable privacy signals; it is separate from the research-use entry gate. Entering a referral code does not authorize advertising tracking. Partner accounts show only their own referral references, ordered product names and quantities, eligible amounts, commission status and recorded payout history. They do not reveal customer contact information, addresses, payment credentials or access to the customer’s full order portal.
Delivery, review and monthly payouts
Commissions are held until payment is verified, delivery is confirmed, at least 30 days have passed after delivery, and the order passes refund and fraud review. Refunds and chargebacks may reduce or reverse commissions. Payable amounts are reviewed monthly and paid manually by PSL using agreed payout instructions. No automatic bank transfers occur through this website, and there is no advertised payout minimum.
A payable balance is an amount eligible for review, not proof that money has been sent. Completed manual payments are recorded in payout history. Provide a Zelle email or phone if applicable, or arrange another method privately with PSL. Do not submit bank account numbers or card credentials in the registration form.
Responsible promotion
Partners must clearly disclose their relationship with PSL wherever they endorse products or share commission-earning links or codes. For example: “I may earn a commission if you order through this link.” A code alone is not a clear disclosure.
Content must accurately represent laboratory research use, product information and published batch documentation. Human-use instructions, medical, treatment or weight-loss promises, fabricated testimonials, misleading credentials and undisclosed endorsements are prohibited. Platform policies still apply to partner content.
Account access and program changes
Accounts use secure one-time email sign-in. A unique code activates only after email verification and acceptance of the current program terms. Code requests are subject to availability and abuse checks. Email verification confirms access to an email account; it does not verify researcher credentials.
PSL may pause a code or account for compliance, eligibility or abuse review. Future terms may change with notice. Recorded commissions remain subject to the terms agreed when earned and any valid refund or chargeback adjustment.
